Our rates are as follows:

  • CLEANING/WASHING: €56.00 incl. tax.
  • REPAIR/LABOUR: €56.00 incl. tax per hour.
  • RE-FILLING (on a previously washed item):
    • €39.00 incl. tax per 100 g of goose down (100 g min – 200 g max).
    • €20.00 incl. tax per 100 g of duck down (100 g min – 200 g max).
  • SHIPPING COSTS: Between €15 & €16 (depending on the item).

You may wash your product yourself. However, to preserve all the qualities of the down and avoid any risk of compromising its thermal performance, we strongly recommend entrusting your gear to our expertise and professionalism.

For the more adventurous among you: Cleaning instructions:

  • NEVER DRY CLEAN — THE PRODUCT WILL EXPLODE
  • PRESSING/IRONING STRONGLY DISCOURAGED

We recommend placing your item in the washing machine using a mild liquid detergent (your usual one is fine) on a 40°C programme, with a gentle rinse and spin cycle.

Drying a quantity of down encased in high-tech fabric can be delicate.

Here is how to successfully avoid clumps of down, or worse: the smell of wet goose.

When you remove your sleeping bag or any other product from our range from the washing machine, the down will be clumped together.

Place it in a tumble dryer set to 40°C.

You will need to pause the programme from time to time to manually break up the down clusters and help restore its loft.

Several cycles will be necessary.

A magical little tip: once dry, lay the item flat and reposition the down into each compartment by gently tapping it with your hands.

As you may have noticed in our videos, our products deliver exceptional quality.

This level of quality requires a certain degree of "product respect" during use and storage.

During use, air out your product each morning whenever possible to keep the down as dry as possible.

Of course, you can compress the product, but why do so if it isn't necessary?

Some users go without a compression sack altogether, letting the product fill the empty space inside their backpack — saving weight in the process.

If compressed while damp, you must decompress the product as soon as possible and let it dry. A session in the tumble dryer will be welcome!

To preserve your product over the long term, always allow it to expand as fully as possible when stored at home (hanging, lying flat, or in its storage mesh sack).
